Getting Started
Enrolling Clients into the system.
Before the engine can begin interacting with a client, you must securely enroll them into the system. You will use your dedicated coach enrollment portal for this step.
The Enrollment Portal
Navigate to your enrollment portal URL. You will see a form requiring the client's basic details.
You must select the appropriate coaching program track from the dropdown. This ensures the engine loads the correct methodology for their journey. Tracks usually include Identity-Driven Leadership or R.E.A.L. Mastery.
SMS Consent Requirements
Telecom regulations require explicit consent before we send automated text messages. You must check the SMS Consent box on the form.
This checkbox confirms that you have verbally agreed with the client that they will receive automated check-ins and challenges. Clients can text STOP at any time to opt out. The engine automatically respects carrier opt-out commands.
Activation
Once you submit the enrollment form, the client receives their first automated message within 24 hours. They do not need to download an app. Everything happens via standard text messaging.
