Identity Breakthrough Engine

Methodology Configuration

Defining and loading custom coaching methodologies.

The Identity Breakthrough Engine never hardcodes coaching logic. All intelligence is dynamically loaded from custom methodology definitions.

The Methodology Schema

Each coaching framework lives in its own configuration file. You can inject your proprietary methodology without writing any code. The engine adapts its behavior based on these definitions.

A standard methodology file defines:

  1. Core Concepts: The proprietary language and frameworks you use to teach.
  2. Pillars: The main phases or focus areas of the coaching journey.
  3. Linguistic Red Flags: Exact phrases that indicate the client is stuck.
  4. Identity Patterns: Deep behavioral postures like shrinking, proving, or defending.
  5. Challenge Cadence: Whether the client receives daily nudges or 48-hour field experiments.

Loading a Methodology

When you enroll a client, you assign them to a specific track. The engine reads the associated methodology file and instructs the background agents.

The Pattern Agent uses your red flags to map the client's language to your core concepts. Meanwhile, the Challenge Agent uses your interventions to draft highly specific challenges.

You remain the architect of the coaching experience. The engine simply scales your framework between sessions.
